CANCELLATION AND CREDIT CARD POLICY: Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call the office at: 813-254-6832. If we don’t answer leave your information on our answering service.
A credit card is required to be kept in file for all future appointments. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
- LESS THAN 48 HOURS (FOR GROUPS OF TWO OR MORE)
100% of service will be charged
- MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE
Service will be cancelled at no charge
- LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE
50% of the service price will be charged
- SAME DAY CANCELLATION WITH RESCHEDULE OF SERVICE
25% of the service price will be charged
- FAILURE TO SHOW WITHOUT NOTICE
100% of the service price will be charged
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please allow 5 minutes for parking. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
A NOTE REGARDING PARTIES:
When booking parties of 3 or more a One (1) $35 party charge will be included in the cost of services. In addition, a 50% down payment is required at the time of booking your party.
